Feral Cat Spay and Neuter

Did you know the Ballston Spa Veterinary Clinic donates time and resources to spay and neuter feral (wild) cats? We do this for the benefit of both the wild cat population and to assist our less fortunate clients. The payment for the service, $60 for spay and $60 for neuter, is a donation to the Pet Assistance Fund which is used to help down-on-their-luck clients with tough to pay vet bills. In just the last year we have spayed and neutered more than 200 cats and donated over $6000 to clients in need. Cats must be brought to the clinic in Have-a-Hart type traps the morning of surgery (M-F) and be picked up late morning. The service includes flea treatment and rabies vaccine. For more information on spaying and neutering feral cats contact our office at 885-5650.

Enjoy your summer,
