VENUS 

Venus has been with us for a little over a year. She has become our clinic kitty, but would love a home of her own where she can have her freedom and the company of loved ones all the time. She is 8 years old, spayed, and up to date on vaccines. Venus is beloved by all here at our clinic and we are all very attached to her. However, we all want the best for her, and a home environment is always best. Venus requires extra care since she is diabetic. She receives 2 injections of insulin daily and they need to be given after her meals. She is very good while getting the injections, she holds nice and still for us. She will need to have bloodwork to check her glucose levels at least once a year and more often if she isn't feeling well. She will need to be monitored for the rest of her life, but she is so sweet and loving that she is well worth the extra time and expense. If you are interested in adopting her, please fill out an application and bring it in, e-mail amanda@ballstonspavet.com, or fax it to 518-885-3688. Our adoption fee is $50.00.
