Amanda

Amanda has numerous pets and they all have great stories. Sophia Rose is a 4 year old Lab mix who was found in a box when she was 4 weeks old. Amanda nursed her back to health and four years later can't get her out of the pool and she loves to play ball. Riggs is a 12 year old German Shepherd who is  the guard of the house. Leo is her 5 year old Manx cat. He was born in bed with her (the mama kitty never woke her up and she woke up with 7 extra little bodies under the covers with her) and she raised him since birth. He, of course, is the spoiled rotten cat. Another cat named Raven was rescued from behind a restaurant and now loves being indoors (smart kitty). Amanda has worked in the veterinary field since 2004 and has been with us since June, 2007. She started as a receptionist and then became an assistant with tons of projects around the hospital. Her special interests outside of work include spending time in Lake George with her brother and nephew or at the cabin in Lake Luzerne, and spending quality time with friends.
